Detail
Recordings count each recorded document once. Loan dollars are counted once per recording. A few portfolio loans of $3 billion or more appear on recordings in several counties and would swamp the totals, so they are left out unless you clear the box.
Put these deals on a mapUses the counties and dates chosen on the left
Choose a report and a date range, then select Build report.
Add recordings from a county file
Files with a County column are sorted by county automatically. Rows that fail the checks are left out and counted for you.

Try the full export again to see every row caught as already in the database.
Add company names for people
The county data does not say who employs a contact or signer. Fill that in from your CRM or any list and it shows in Players, People and exports. Download your most active people, add a Company column, and upload it back.

Welcome to The Keep
Built on Thomas Walker’s data. The recordings behind The Keep have been gathered and kept current for years by Thomas Walker, known to all of us as the Oracle. Thank you, Thomas.
The Keep is the replacement for NavigatorCRE. The Keep holds county recorded-document data for King, Pierce, Snohomish, Thurston and Whatcom counties, from January 2020 through October 16, 2026. Your saved filters and the company names you add are kept in your own account. Nobody else sees them.
Ten minutes, in this order
Explore. Filter by county, price and property type. Select a row to see the full parcel record, then try the Map view.
Dashboard. Check the title company market share against what you know. Try the signals and the links under them.
Players. Look at buyers, then People. Select one to see their deals and the other companies they act for.
Leads. Try the refinance, cash purchase and long-held lists. Note anything that looks like a lead you would not call.
Reports. Build this week’s weekly commercial report and compare it with the one you send today. Then try the Market report and the map links.
What we most need from you
Any number that does not match what you know or what NavigatorCRE shows.
Names that should have been combined, or were combined wrongly.
Anything you could not find, or did not understand without asking someone.
Reports you would not send to a customer as they stand.
Known limits
Rows you import stay in your browser until an admin publishes them.
Refinance dates are estimates from assumed loan terms, so many loans may already be in process.
Attorney and law firm names exist for only about one in ten recordings, from 2022 on.
Company names for a dozen of the most active people come from public-source research. A green “researched” tag means confirmed, and an amber “likely” tag means not verified.
Snohomish parcel numbers are shown as received. Their format is not confirmed.
The street map needs an internet connection. If it stays blank, use the Feedback button to tell us.
Please keep it inside the company
The file includes owner and buyer contact details taken from recorded documents. Do not forward it outside Chicago Title / Fidelity NCS.
